Identified - We have a slight bug with statuses - some calls may have inadequate status in the panel (e.g. call can display as "In progress" although it's already finished).
Please note that this does not affect CallPage functioning - it's only about displaying wrong icon. Calls work correctly.

Monitoring - We would like to inform you that we finished to transfer our app into new channels. Now we are working on live platform to monitor the improvement and survey the optional issues. Certainly we have the new quality of calls and we are very happy for it.

Update - We have overloaded servers which may affect events which do not apply in real-time such as: scheduled calls, e-mail notifications, SMS. We are working on it, in few hours the problem should be fixed.

Update - Over the weekend we finished to prepare our application to transfer into new platform. Last night we made final veryfication. The channels are on new platform. We did not finish it during the weekend to avoid the issues may impact the tasks such as scheduled calls ( there is much more scheduled ones during those 2 days on weekend than normal working days ).

Update - We would like to inform that we have already transferred a significant part of calls on the new platform. Right now our IT is testing the functioning of new solution.

Update - We would like to inform that our provider has already made the new platform available for calls generated by our application.
Today our IT in cooperation with the provider is beginning work on transfer all calls on the platform. For the meantime difficulties with calls may occur.

Identified - We are having temporary issues with the call connection. Those difficulties are caused by globally increased traffic on our widgets. Currently we are working on extending and improvement of call channels. Our provider has committed himself to send us report on quality of calls used by CallPage. We are in a process of finalization our channels will be transferred to the new platform which is supposed to ensure fluency in providing our service.
Please, accept our apologies for the inconveniences and we are doing our best to quicken our provider's efforts.
If you are facing the problems, we would highly appreciate, if you could inform us with the call IDs .
